Yes, shipping is included in the pricing for subscriptions to The Empire Crate. Pricing for items in the Marketplace do not include shipping (this includes previous crates).

The Empire Crate ships out to subscribers around the 15th of every month. If you signed up any day during a given month, you'll receive your first Empire Crate the following month! Example: You became a subscriber on June 26th. Your first Empire Crate will be shipped to you around July 15th.
You are billed for your first Crate immediately upon subscribing. Each subsequent Crate will fall on our regular billing schedule which will be the 22nd of every month.
You can cancel your month-to-month subscription with The Empire Crate any time before your next box ships. Just send an email to support@empirecrate.com. Pre-paid subscriptions are non-cancellable, but we mean it when we say we'll do everything possible to make our customers happy.
We are unable to accept returns on items in The Empire Crate, but accept returns within a 14-day window for unopened and undamaged items purchased from our shop. Email support@empirecrate.com to get the process started.
We pack our shipments extremely well, but realize that mistakes sometimes happen during shipment. Please email a photo of the damaged product(s) to: support@empirecrate.com and we'll work quickly to solve the problem!
